Doctors treating a 7-year girl who last week jumped or fell out of  the sixth-story window of her family's Coney Island apartment, reportedly have found heroin in her system and other signs of physical and sexual abuse.

The girl, who has not been publicly identified, survived the fall from the Gravesend Houses Wednesday evening, July 3. She currently is listed in serious condition at Lutheran Hospital with injuries to her head and lungs.

Officials from the city's Administration for Children's Services took custody of the girl's 1-year-old brother after the incident. No arrests had been made as of this posting.
